We invite input from security professionals who may become potential candidates and potential sources of information for future searches.  Without candidates we are out of business -- you are important to us.

All submitted resumes are scanned by a recruiter for fit to our two candidate profiles -- i.e. Security Executives and Information Security Specialists.  They are permanently retained in our private database in easily searchable form.

Resumes for candidates who do not fit our profiles are deleted.  

 Candidates - Active or Passive

All security professionals who fit our clients' needs are potential candidates, whether actively seeking a new position or happily employed and not looking.  Therefore, passive candidates -- those not presently seeking a new opportunity -- are encouraged to submit resumes.  They will not be pestered with phone calls or otherwise bothered by recruiters or others.

Contact - Confidential and Discreet

All candidate contact is discreet and confidential.  First contact is normally by e-mail, but may be by phone.  Messages, even if intercepted, would not be readily traceable to a recruiting firm.  Our phone greetings, messages left, and e-mail addresses are personal.

Contact - Limited and Specific

All contact with potential candidates is related to specific opportunities or requests for information.  For our purposes, all professionals working in security are considered approachable for a better opportunity.  But we will not waste your time discussing positions that do not fit your experience.   

We work for our clients to find people for career positions.  We do not work with candidates to seek a position.  We cannot refer job seekers to other recruiters.
